process guide
The Process Guide is designed to help you with your invitation suite journey.
I.
Take a look through our in-house collections to decide which suite would best suit you and your wedding aesthetic. This is also a great time to begin thinking about the wording you would like to feature on your suite. This will allow you to narrow down the pieces you'll need within your suite such as Information card or Map/Direction card.
If you love a particular semi bespoke design but would like to make it unique by adding illustrations/watercolour/crests or perhaps calligraphy, you can request this through the enquiry form. Just select what you would like to add at the bottom of the form and in the 'Additional Comments' section please provide as much detail as possible, so I can provide you with the most accurate quote. If you're after a design that is custom tailored to you, you can begin your bespoke journey here. Bespoke orders will receive their tailored quotes within 5-7 business days of receiving the order form. |
II.
Once you've filled out and submitted your enquiry form, I'll put together a tailor made quote for you. You should receive this quote within 5-7 working days, but it may be longer during busier months.
If you're happy to proceed with your order, we will confirm timelines and final quotes before your invoice is sent. The invoice must be paid for work to being on your order. You must submit your wording document within the outlined timeline, in order to keep to schedule. Delays in providing wording will delay your order being sent to print. |
III.
After you have submitted your wording document, you will receive your carefully designed digital proofs within 5-7 business days. You'll have the option of two rounds of adjustments and one calligraphy re-write (if applicable), before approving your stationery for print. Further rounds of adjustments are available but are chargeable (please refer to your Terms document for more detail).
IV.
Once you have approved the artwork and are happy with the design, your stationery will be sent to print. You'll be kept in the loop throughout the process, and I'll let you know once your order has been completed. You will receive a final notification of when your items are ready to be posted out to you.

High quality inkjet printing, is a very cost effective print method. It is also the most suitable for watercolour and imagery as colour options are wide ranging. This method is printed using a toner based ink transferring the image from the computer onto the paper.
A type of relief printing in which a metal plate is inked up and paper is pressed into the plate, leaving a beautiful indentation of the design or lettering. This method leaves a luxurious finish to your invitations and is a dream to touch.
This method of printing is when a metallic or pigmented foil is pressed onto the paper using a heated die. It leaves a beautiful indent with a brilliant metallic shine. This method of printing is at the slightly more premium end of printing.
